How to Translate and Dub Business Videos with AI

Video localization fails before rendering if the source transcript is wrong. Clean the original, control terminology, then generate language versions.

Workflow

1. Transcribe the source and correct names, numbers, acronyms, and speaker changes.
2. Create a glossary for product terms, phrases that stay untranslated, tone, and formal address.
3. Generate a draft in HeyGen, Synthesia, VEED, or Captions.
4. Have a native reviewer check meaning, cultural fit, on-screen copy, pronunciation, and whether shortened phrasing preserves the claim.
5. Review lip-sync and cuts at normal speed. Re-edit overlays that contain source-language screenshots.
6. Store language, market, source-video hash, glossary version, and approval date.

High-risk content

Legal, medical, financial, and safety material needs qualified review. A fluent voice can hide a wrong unit or changed obligation. Secure permission before cloning a speaker's voice, and state when the localized track is synthetic if audience expectations require it.
