How to Turn Articles and Scripts into Marketing Videos with AI
Convert approved written content into narrated video using a scene plan, deliberate visuals, brand templates, captions, and factual review.

An article and a video do not share pacing. Rewrite for speech, decide what viewers should see, and only then automate assembly.
Workflow
- Reduce the source to one audience, one promise, three to five beats, and one action.
- Write spoken narration with evidence notes and estimated timing. Remove headings and list language that sounds unnatural aloud.
- Build a scene table: narration, visual purpose, asset source, on-screen text, and duration.
- Assemble the first pass in Pictory or VEED. Replace generic stock selections.
- Create only the missing visual moments in Runway, then add final layouts in Canva or the editor.
- Correct captions, pronunciation, claims, and rights. Watch once without sound and once without looking.
Keep source truth intact
Link claims to the original evidence and remove anything that cannot survive the shorter format. Do not use a synthetic visual that implies footage of a real event. The best output is an adapted video, not the article read over stock.
